No Hassle Check-In
No one likes to wait in lines. So that you can start your vacation as soon as you arrive, all paperwork will be sent to you beforehand and keys will be available using a key box at your condo. Just another way we can help you relieve the stress and inconvenience of travel.

24 Hour Help
From Dec 1 through April 1, the property manager for Home Style Realty & Design lives on-site and is dedicated to making your vacation the best ever by providing a care-free environment to enjoy your vacation. If a situation arises where you need our help, we'll be there for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If it's a housekeeping question or a mechanical malfunction, just call and we'll take prompt and appropriate action to alleviate the problem. From April 1 - Nov 31, the property manager does not live on-site, but is still available for 24 x 7 emergency service.

Welcome Gift
We believe first impressions are key. A personalized treat bag will be given to each child on arrival to get your vacation off to a fun start. This is just one of the many ways that we want to thank you for your patronage.
